According to the Ordinance of Government Emergency Ordinance 34/04.07.2014 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 calendar days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products.”
To initiate and finalize a return, you must inform us in writing, by completing the RETURN FORM on this page. The return form is completed online with the data related to your order.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The package can be shipped via any express courier company (e.g. FAN Curier, Cargus, Sameday, Nemo Express, DPD, GLS). We DO NOT pick up packages from the POST OFFICE and we DO NOT pick up packages with cash on delivery or shipping payment directed to our company!
Products sent for exchange or refund must be received and checked by us first and you will be contacted by our operators as soon as possible for confirmation. The buyer can opt for replacing the returned product or for a refund of the value of the returned product. Replacing with a product of a higher value requires paying the difference by cash on delivery (upon receipt of the package) or online (before shipping the package). The refund of the value of the returned product will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and confirmation by us of the return by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the Return Form.
In the event that an UNUSED / UNWORN product is desired, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, complete documentation, with intact labels, because the packaging also contains elements of authenticity of the product and the manufacturer, giving the customer the guarantee that the product is original). The products must not show any signs of use.
In the event that you have been delivered a product other than the one ordered or a product that has problems / defects, contact the FADO TRADE team within 72 hours via the CONTACT form or by phone 0744 690 798 (M-F: 11:00 – 15:00), to complain about this situation and we will ensure that the product is replaced with a new product or the money will be refunded as soon as possible. Only in this situation, the return and shipping costs are borne by First Battery.
