Payment methods
The payment options for the value of products purchased through the online store www.firstbattery.ro are the following:
1. Online with bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).
In the case of the payment option “Online with bank card” you will be redirected to the secure page of the payment processor where you will fill out a form with your card information.
– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by the Visa/MasterCard card organizations and which ensures the same level of security for online transactions as for those made at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
– “3-D Secure” ensures first of all that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the virtual store’s servers.
Important to know! – For payments by bank card, no commission is charged from the cardholder!
2. Refund in lei, in full upon delivery, to the courier
At the time of payment, the customer will receive a receipt with the amount paid.
The payment amount must coincide with the one confirmed upon completion of the order on the website, by phone or by e-mail + shipping fee where applicable.
3. Bank transfer
The customer has the option to pay via OP

The Customer agrees that if the products that are the subject of the confirmed order are not paid in full upon delivery to the courier, they will not be delivered and will be returned to the seller.
In the case of cash payment, a maximum of 2.000 € per transaction is accepted upon delivery for individuals and 1.000 € for orders placed by a legal entity; The price, availability of the ordered product/products, payment method and delivery term are specified in the Order confirmation sent by the seller to the Customer. The Customer undertakes to provide for this purpose through the Order all the information necessary for issuing the invoice, in accordance with the financial and accounting legislation in force. The Customer is obliged to update the information in his Account whenever necessary.
In the event that the Contract cannot be honored because the product has become unavailable between the time the Customer places the Order and its processing by the Seller, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer of this circumstance. With the prior and express consent of the Customer, the Seller may deliver a similar Product, having the same price and/or technical characteristics, or the Customer expressly and unequivocally expresses his/her desire to cancel the Order as a result of this situation. In this case, the Customer/User cannot request payment of damages from the Seller. Tax invoices issued by the Seller for Products related to Orders that will be delivered by courier will be sent to the Customer/User by email, in electronic format.
